I’m writing a paper and i am trying to figure out if you’re blog is creditable. Where do you get your information or are you experienced in the war background?

Hi Anonymous. My research into masculinity and the effect of war on men is extensive. As you can see I have referenced all quotes and ideas coming from other authors. I do not claim to be an expert on the strategies or tactics of war, nor do I see these as essential to my research.
I am happy to answer more questions if you give me further information on your ‘paper’ and your reasons for the question.
By the way, your spelling in the context of your question should be ‘your’ not ‘you’re’.

I am writing a research paper on the effects of men when they return home from war. I am going to use two of your issues, Men after War and The Unemotional Soldier. Under your about me you don’t have your name. I would appreciate it if you could contact me so I can use your sources and site your name.

Hi Anonymous. Please send me your full name, email or/and blog site etc. and I will return with my info. Could you also let me know for which institution you are writing the research paper. Many thanks, Caygin

      Hi Alex,
I had a look at your blog. And thanks, but we obviously are diametrically opposed in our thinking. I truly value the reluctance of families to waste the lives of their children on defending senseless wars; smaller families (we have enough people in the world); the decline of absurd, patriotic heroism (patriotism is never for the good of the individual or the world – only the manipulative politicians); and the end of business-driven violence (the arms manufacturer) and religious-driven violence (any religion including Christianity).
      Let us agree to disagree.
